In LiveSoftware's defense, I do know that they have a whole room setup with
almost every kind of computer and OS one could imagine. They do quite a bit
of testing...but of course, with any software, there is going to be bugs.
Installers are the hardest thing to do and we all know that from experience
with Apache JServ. I also know that there are some people there who are
extremely good developers...including one person who used to work on Apache
JServ.
So, please do not harp on other peoples products here, tell them about it,
not us.
As far as Weblogic <http://www.beasys.com/>...so far, for me their Tengah
server has been extremely good and easy to setup (except for multiple domain
support on NT). I highly recommend it for the people/clients who are not
comfortable with Open Source and just have to have the commercial
software...
