I think you missed the point of my statement. I did not say JRUN was not a
good servlet runner. I simply pointed out that it lacked the clean install one
expects from any commercial software. Once installed it runs well in most
cases. But there are other servlet runners that install much cleaner and run
just as well for less money to boot.
In my defense I was simply responding to a request for information by a user on
this list. I simply expressed my concerns from my past experiances and the fact
that at least one company had descided against JRUN for these reasons. How are
we supposed to respond to requests for information like this? I hardly think the
ole addage "don't say anything if you don't have anything good to say." applies
here.

I don't get the statement , "tell them not us", They were not asking someone
here was.
