type ls -la on the above path and then post that output to the list.

I will bet you one of the following:

#1. the path is invalid
#2. the file isn't readable by the user running the JVM (ie: non-manual mode
would be the httpd process uid).
#3. the directory isn't readable by the user running the JVM.
