We are trying to install the JServlet Apache; we have already
installed (successfully) the Apache Server. We have run the configure
utility, but when we run the "make" it stops with these messages:
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/hardmnt/woolf0/mis/ferrario/WebFab/sw/WEBSERVER/ApacheJServ-1.1/docs'
Making all in example
make[1]: Entering directory
`/hardmnt/woolf0/mis/ferrario/WebFab/sw/WEBSERVER/ApacheJServ-1.1/example'
Compiling Hello.java ...
make[1]: execvp:
/hardmnt/woolf0/mis/ferrario/WebFab/sw/JAVA/JDK/JDK122/jdk1.2.2/bin:
Permission denied
make[1]: *** [Hello.class] Error 127
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/hardmnt/woolf0/mis/ferrario/WebFab/sw/WEBSERVER/ApacheJServ-1.1/example'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
What is "Permission denied" about? What does fail?
