Hi!
You need to have, at least we did, a driver for your particular database.
We use interbase and so we installed interclient which is an all java driver.
Apart from that , we have same config as You do.
Getting the connection requires the driver name and the dbURL(database patch).
If You don't have a driver installed. What driver name are you using in your
call to get connection?
