You should check the property file in the jserv
directory.

There are 3 files in there, jserv.conf and two others.
Can't remember the names.
Anyway, on of them as the wrapper properties.

At least two are important: jdk wrapper, classpath
wrapper.
the jdk wrapper tells the JServ where to find the java
binary (so that it can run the .class)
the classpath wrapper tells JRun what to specify as a
classpath.

Check this file out and verify the paths are actually
correct.
