You seem to be asking how you can get JSP support with JServ.  I suggest 
GNU-JSP;
you can get it at www.klomp.org.  GNU-JSP supports JSP 1.0, with some minor 
caveats --
the biggest one is you won't have a RequestDispatcher mechanism to directly 
call a
JSP from a servlet.

You probably should go to the FAQ-O-Matic and search for "jsp", and see if 
the documents
there answer your general questions.
