Dear Mr. O'Connor:
I have just joined this mailing list, so please bare with me. I would like
to confirm that you are starting the JServ engine? This can be done by the
following:
/usr/jdk_base/bin/java -classpath
/usr/local/JAVA/ApacheJServ-1.0/lib/ApacheJServ.jar org.apache.jserv.JServ
/var/www/conf/jserv.properties
Location of Java VM, JServ Bin, Package and Class to Execute, JSer properties
file
I ask because I didn't see this stated in the email and it would be the simplest
reason why your are getting the 404 error.
Thanks
