Hi,
Here are some of things u can check.
what are the zones u have ? Is Jserv properly started with the zones ?
Check the Jserv status at http://your.host.name:port/jserv/ 
Where is the zone repository pointing  to ?
Is ur class in the repository ?
It would be helpful to identify the problem if u post jserv.conf,
jserv.properties and zone.properties.
