This is not a very helpful reply but we have had the same problem.

It is a RedHat 7.0 issue. We have simply delayed moving to RedHat 7 and
stuck with 6.2 until we have time to look into it properly.

So short term solution is to user 6.2

I am sure some one with more Linux knowledge will give a better explanation.
