Send the resumes only on *[email protected]* *Delphi Programmer* Columbus, OH *12+ Months* Job Overview • Develop conversion routine to convert legacy database to new target database for a re-platform of a client-facing application • Modify existing Delphi conversion program to incorporate changes in target schema • Understand business rules to ensure proper source to target conversion mapping • Conduct unit test of conversion • Develop conversion process documentation • Execute the conversion for beta sites and approximately 20% of the initial deployment sites REQUIRED SKILLS/BACKGROUND: *• Delphi programming experience* *• SQL Skills* *• Experience in data conversion from legacy platform to new target schema* • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences (PMs, technical specialists, developers, architects, BSAs, etc) • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, multi-tasking environment • Ability to estimate time to complete assignments • Ability to work with remote development team * ALL ITEMS ARE MUST HAVE.
