Candidates must possess: *Certification as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist * · Strong Microsoft Exchange systems administration skills with at least 3 years systems administration experience configuring and managing *Microsoft Exchange Server 2007* in a company of at *least 20,000 employees* · Experience in support of *directory services (Active Directory)* · Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills · Familiarity with *Microsoft Office Communication Server 2007* · Familiarity with *Microsoft SharePoint* and M*icrosoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 administration *** · Dynamic and fluid in terms of project requirement and scope The ideal candidate will have experience migrating users from the Lotus Notes to the Microsoft Exchange environment.
