Location: Knoxville, TN
Duration: 6Months(C2H)

*Complete Description: *
Shift: 4AM-12PM. Install/config/support multi-tiered systems apps.
Tune/customize operating sys to support specific apps. Perform root cause
analysis of reoccurring app/sys issues. Identify needs/develop tech
standards. Review perf of the infrastructure/trending analysis/make
recommendations to address capacity needs. Participate in sys arch
design/proc/sizing. Provide 24x7 support in on-call rotation. Lead pres to
tech audience. Other duties as needed.
Behavior Characteristics:
Ability to:work in dynamic/collab team env;train less exp staff on
admin/troubleshooting tasks;comm w/tech&non-tech staff in person/phone in
stressful situations;take lead role. Good verbal/written comm skills. Mod
lifting and occasional OT may be required.

Capture/track customer requests. Provide Tier 1 & 2 HW, OS, app support.
Support app release teams during deployments. Utilize various monitoring
tools to measure health/perf of infrastructure assets/services. Provide 24/7
support in on-call rotation. Other duties as needed. OT may be required.
Behavior Characteristics:
Excellence in customer service/oral/written comm. Highly self-motivated
indivual. Able to work in fast-paced dynamic env. Knowledge of ITIL
concepts/practices. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, escalate issues. Comm
