Hi Andreas,
I prefer to keep Jarek's change because this JIRA is causing a tck error.
Instead of reverting the fix for this JIRA. Could you please try
ServiceClient.cleanup() or ServiceClient.cleanupTransport to see if they helps
in RampartTest ?
