This is what we've been doing with the WSO2 Application Server releases for
past many years. We've always released with compatible Axis2, Rampart &
Sandesha versions. I think that is the best model to follow for Apache
Axis2, Rampart & Sandesha2 as well. Even the source packs contains the
sources for all of these.
