Migrating AXIS 1.4 creating new stubs of classes that are not compatible

Axis 1.4 generates stubs which differ very significantly from Axis 1.1 ( The
changes are in naming convention of stubs and in the structure of the stub
themselves. e.g some classes are no longer being generated, and all _
(underscores) in names are gone by default. We can not migrate our app to AXIS
1.4
