You have a new ClassNotFoundException error now, which seems to say you are
missing a rampart-trust jar.
I suggest looking at the happyaxis.jsp to see if you have some obvious errors.
1.7.1 is the latest Rampart, which works with the latest Axis2 version 1.7.9.
Axis 1.6.x and Rampart 1.6.x are very old and unsupported.
