Hey Mark,
I've cleaned up the code, added javadoc and organized the tests. Can you please
review the changes - I think the code is even more simpler now.
1. I think we should remove StopWatch. Unless I'm missing something, it looks
like it's doing nothing important, inefficiently :-).
2. What is the SimpleSearchServer? Is this like a sample program?
