The problem is, that the project is currently moving to commons top-level. The
SVN pathes changed, but website was not updated and so on. The snapshot jars
are not accessible at the moment.
I could quickly build a JAR and attach it here. To get the code running, you
only have to change the package imports. Ideally one would use the Factory to
create the decompressor (and then he do not need to skip the 2 bytes with "BZ").
