argh, you bit me here - I planned to do so myself :)
for some reason their OutputStream has the file headers commented out with a
comment saying "this is added by the caller", however their InputStream reads
them ... strange. Anyway, once that's fixed and we upgrade to a proper jar, the
unit test I am working on now will fail, and it will remind us to remove
writing the headers in WriteLineDocTask.
Mike - I am working on the unit test as well as defaulting by extension. I hope
a patch will be available sometime later today.
