Hi Alan, A very big thank you for your email, but you I guarantee you that you will still see countless (useless) emails despite sending this email. Does it not beg the question whether people actually read and sometimes use their head (I don't mean to offend!)?
I initially joined this class just to help and pass the time when I'm bored here in the office, but it now turns out that I'm even more bored and surprised how hard it is for some people to follow simple instructions. To be frank, if people can't do a simple Google search and not flood this list with questions like "which job pays more"...I think they should ........ Again, I support your suggestion for those format you outlined to be appended to every email, but I still doubt it will make any difference. However, I'm happy to be proved wrong.
