Hi Alex.

The best JEE books I've ever read are 
http://java.sun.com/javaee/5/docs/tutorial/doc/
and all necessary specifications.
Java EE consists of the number technologies and specifications as a
result it's very difficult(almost impossible) to cover all of them in
one book.
IMHO at the begining all you need is to become familiar with all these
technologies and to become familiar with suggested architecture
solutions, java EE design patterns.
