The services of a highly skilled programmer are required for one year for performing enhancements to both Client/Server and Web development environments.* ** *Responsibilities will include: Performing enhancements for various DCD applications/systems including the Regulatory Web application, the DCD Regulatory Administrative and Laptop client/server systems, DCD Early Childhood Workforce system, Criminal Record Check Subsystems, etc. Providing program level application development programming and testing from both written and verbal detail program specifications Debugging complex computer programs Design and support web applications on different browsers Design and support web sites using DHHS standard tools. * ** *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required: Extremely strong Web and Client/Server development technical skills. Strong technical skills in ASP.NET, C#.NET, ASP, and SQL Server. Advanced level and have significant experience in enhancing client/server and web sites using ASP.NET, Visual Studio.NET, C#.NET, ASP, Visual Studio v6.0, SQL, ODBC/OLE DB data access to MS SQL Server, Visual FoxPro tables, ACCESS databases, etc. as well as web-related technologies (including XML, HTML, CSS, VBScript, JavaScript, IIS).
