Option three would be to ask someone to explode the list for you. I'm running
a setup at home with my ISP set as smarthost in my sendmail config, and
that really cuts down on processing time, bandwidth, etcetera. Advantages:
you get to keep the control over administration, and the one sponsoring
the bandwidth just needs to make a small adjustment (allowing you to relay
mail over them) in order to give you breathing space.
