A bit (ok, a lot) off-topic: it would be really nice if people stopped
posturing with their anti-microsoft positions and opinions. I love Linux
but my sister uses win98, my wife as well, my daughter is another one.
Oh, and my dad is starting out with e-mail and computers at 55, guess
what? I didn't recommend Linux just yet, but helped him install a good
win98SE system with MS Office 2000. Bashing Microsoft doesn't make you
"cool" and it's insulting to all the people we love that use MS products
all day long. Moreover MS now has the resources to employ pretty smart
people, in many ways it is setting the standard in interface and GUI
programming. Maybe they are having trouble on the server front with the
OS we all love on this list, but give MS-Office 2000 a test run some day
and you will experience one polished and really well done set of
applications.
Why don't we recognize and respect competition for what it's worth?
Moreover preaching to the choir is lame.
