I am currently evaluating upgrading one client machines from Blackdown 1.3.0
to Blackdown 1.3.1. The issue is that this machine runs an app that
utilizes the JavaComm API. Short of repeating the install of the Comm API
stuff after installing the new JDK what are my options for Comm support in
my java app with Blackdown JDK. The client machine is running SuSE6.4,
kernel 2.2.14, KDE 1.1.2, and the 2.0 release of java COMM API. Further my
development machines include Linux 2.4.10, 2.4.18, both running
Blackdown1.3.1 already(no COMM API support, I still have to add it),
kde2.2.2 and 3.0, and (ugh)Win2k professional. Any assistance in this
matter is greatly appreciated, thanks
