Perform application and PeopleTools upgrades, patches and enhancements Must possess the ability to think critically, assess input on system changes and develop/suggest possible solutions to identified and potential problems Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science Identify gaps between business requirements and the delivered PeopleSoft Application. Propose approaches, solutions, and estimates for closing gaps via process re-design or system functionality.
