Position: Helpdesk Support Location: Dallas, TX Duration:6-months Description: 3-5 years experience in multiple technologies or environments in providing technical assistance to computer system users via telephone or remote location. Answer questions or resolve computer problems. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. To manage problem resolution and troubleshooting complex problems for end user support for desktop, voice and corporate applications, Analyze and report on specific system applications performance, analyze and document business functions, analyze test and implement the solutions, participate in special projects as required, and performs related duties as assigned or requested. This position is for a Tier 1 Help Desk in a 24 x7 operation that provides Tier 1 support to AIG internal employees. The day time shift will be determined when candidate is selected. The selected candidate must have a heavy emphasis on customer service and recent solid technical experience providing help desk tier 1 support for a minimum of 1 year.
