* * Ti tile : Sr. Java Developer Location: Wellesley, MA Duration: 1-2 years Start-Date: Immediate Rate : Open Openings :: 5 *Sr. Java Developer* Job Responsibilities: The ideal resource is an experienced, self-motivated systems integrator that will design and build services built on Java and TIBCO infrastructure. The Java Developer will perform as a technical leader, and designer, for the product development team. Must have 5 years of experience in design and development. Candidate must be able to work in an Agile Scrum environment, interacting with the CTO and other senior IT leadership. Must be capable to capitalize on advanced training and experience to resolve difficult client problems. Identifies, structures, and delivers services that enable business processes. Works in collaborative effort with other Associates through design and implementation phases of Enterprise Systems’ solutions. Provides individual and lead support for complex multi-system installations, large system installations with complex software applications. Must be able to help design, develop and deliver enterprise wide SOA (Service Orientated Architecture) based services. Be capable of determining approaches and modeling guidelines for system and enterprise level application solution integrations. Required Skills: • Maintain and support identity management provisioning systems, handling incidents and performing patches when needed. • Ongoing code development related to enhancing the existing systems • Software development for projects related to new security applications • Strong problem solving skills are required and able to work closely with our operations group to ensure availability of those systems. • Able to work in a team environment, with mentors and collaborators available to help troubleshoot issues. • Required Skills Utilizes XML, XSL to build message driven services. • Java Development • XML Development • XSL Development • Experience with design patterns • Experience with enterprise systems development and architectural design • Java development (J2EE, EJB, XML, XSLT, JMS, JDBC) • OraclePL/SQL and RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) • Experience as a technical lead identifying design patterns • Experience in a continuous build environment (ANT/MAVEN) • Strong SOAP experience • Design documentation and implementation specs • Experience with performance testing and regression testing (JUNIT and JMETER) • Tibco business works • SOA • Linux • Agile / Scrum methodology Desired Skills - Tibco active matrix • Oracle TCA • Oracle database 10g RAC - Spring Education: Minimum Education BS - Computer Science Minimum Certifications or Professional Credentials Desired but not required: Sun Certified Programmer for Java 2 Platform Must have 5 years of experience in design and development.
