*Location :* Milwaukee, WI *Duration :* 6 Months Job holder *will have experience migrating Identity & Access Management Oracle to 11g*. The project includes a low income pilot program using the electronic bill payment process so people can pay their bills online by user self-identification. This is *NOT a DBA* position & individual will have knowledge of *Oracle’s Identity & Access Manager* *Suite of products, be familiar with Oracle 11g*, & be experienced in coding application interfaces for authentication calls to clients yet to be developed Electronic Bill Pay & Presentment application. In addition, creating new user authentication & access management work flows will be needed.
