*Required Skills:* Job holder will have experience migrating Identity and Access Management Oracle to 11g. The project includes a low income pilot program using the electronic bill payment process so people can pay their bills online by user self-identification. This is NOT a DBA position and individual will have knowledge of Oracle’s Identity and Access Manager Suite of products, be familiar with Oracle 11g, and be experienced in coding application interfaces for authentication calls to clients yet to be developed Electronic Bill Pay and Presentment application.
