SV: [java2d] Using PathIterator/GeneralPath to map out an outline

Hi Robert,

I haven't tried it myself but I belive you can use the 
FlatteningPathIterator to automatically interpolate the Arc2D

The FlatteningPathIterator can be constructued from a normal PathIterator.
