I just got Jonathan Knudsen's Java 2D Graphics book from our lovely UPS
lady, and it looks pretty good. I could not see any information on the
electronic availability of the sample source code in the book, however.
Maybe someone on the list knows if there's an ftp site we can download them
from? Jonathan?

ps: Would it be too much to kindly ask the list subscribers to ask their
basic Java questions ( like object casting ) on more appropriate lists?
