Hmm, been there. For Pantone to work, you need to convert to CMYK. It is
hard to represent all pantone colors in sRGB. Each printer will have a
different CMYK value for any given pantone. Pantone does sell a swatch
set that includes sRGB values for each one. That will get you close.
