Hi there! I get the digest version of this list, so please send all
responses directly to me.

I am currently working on a Caligari TrueSpace .cob file format loader for
Java3D. It should be substantially more fully-featured than the NCSA
loader, if all goes well.

What I need from all of you is challenging test objects! I need people to
volunteer examples of .cob files you would like to be able to load into
Java3D.

DO...
...either send files as email attachements, or send a URL where I
can find them. The latter is preferred, but the former is
        graciously accepted.

...send both the binary and ASCII versions of the file, so I can
eyeball the actual data, if necessary.

...send files that I can load into Caligari TrueSpace4. If it
won't load into the original program, I won't be able to compare
what my loader produces to the original.

...feel free to send objects with animations, IK, or bones data
built in, if you're interested. I will be trying to handle these,
to some degree, by the time I'm done with the project. No,
        really. Stop laughing. :)

DO NOT...
...send copyrighted materials, or things I shouldn't be touching
or looking at without signing a non-disclosure agreement.

...send anything with NURBS or other squishy, gooey objects, unless
you can provide a guideline for turning these into polygons,
because I don't have the time or energy to figure out the math for
        it right now.
