Hi, There seem to be a number of bugs in java3d's attempts to display stereo views. I have a page, http://www.resplendent.com/StereoExample.html that (unfortunately) displays some of these. At certain angles a rotated cube starts to shake in the second view (Windows 98, GL, ATI ALL-IN-WONDER). If the applet is left running for a long time, or when the browser window is moved one or other view may disappear and not come back, the other view stays displayed and still responds to the mouse (Windows NT, GL, no graphics card). Also, I noticed that BorderLayout and FlowLayout do not work for positioning the canvases, so I had to use GridLayout. I'd be very interested in hearing if other people experience these problems looking at this applet. Also, if anyone is using a newer version of java3d can they test to see if these problems have been fixed? The code for the applet is included on the website. From, Greg P.S. You need a stereoscope to see the applet in 3d, but the bugs should be obvious without one. =========================================================================== To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and include in the body of the message "signoff JAVA3D-INTEREST".
