If I'm trying to decide on what texture/sound quality to use based on a computer's configuration, how would I perform such a test(Like the one used by Komplex)? Are there any video playback classes available? What video formats would these classes support? What audio format would B small and clear(doesnt have to B CD quality, as long as the beats are heard and dialogue is understandable) in a Java3D application?
