Unfortunately the javadoc or specification is pretty useless when it
comes to dealing with this information. It took me quite a while of
trial and error to work it out.

I'll send you in private a copy of part of a chapter for an old book I
was working (but no longer working on it). It's in .doc format so I
don't want to spam the list with it. Also, there is some code (if I can
find it!) that I'll send too.
