no. To run java2 applet I just need to use specialy formatted html
page (HTML converter do that. I think you know that). If the user have
no JRE installed on his machine he will get instruction to download it
After that my applet will start even without browser restarting
Principally I'd like to have the same functionality for J3D
downloading and installing. May be it requires new MIME type and
classid but why not?
BTW Can somebody from sun (Doug Gehringer for Ex) tell us have they
plans to include vrml loader into regular J3D distribution package or
not? I think that people need it as much as ObjLoader or even more
