I have a general question on how java applets with j3d classes can be deployed as a part of someone's webpage. The problem, as far as I understand it, is the fact that the standard java3d plug-in is not enough to run java3d on a web brouser. It requires to preinstall 2(two) java3d dll's: j3d.dll and jaudio.dll. These
dll's come together with java3d. However the viewer of a web page might not have them. So the question is:
"does someone knows whereabout a tool which will automatically deploy this missing dll's together
with java3d plug-in on a user machine?" Or the only workaround is to ask the user to install java3d libraries
himself?
Thank you very much for taking time to respond to this e-mail
