Sorta correct. It is a limitation of the java use of the Win32 clock.
There are real time capabilities but Java doesn't use them for whatever
reason. If you need realtime capabilities, never use an MS product.
Stick with an RTOS or at least one of the unicies with the appropriate
mods.
