I reviewed the book, and found it to be extraordinarily valuable. It is a
fine piece of educational writing, quite a cut above the usual
cut-and-paste of an author's personal favorite example code snippets. Jon
was writing for readers who want to learn principles, and since I was one
of those, I was grateful to him for his effort. Thanks Jon!
