Google, my favorite Web search engine, lists a link with this address:

but the link doesn't work any more.
I dug around a bit and found the page under this address:

In case you can't find it there either (I did), I'll tell you that there is
a note on that page saying that the author has to move out (of the Web
server or his apartment??) on October 1. This might explain why the address
disappeared. But MilkShape being such a great product, I'm sure he'll be
back soon, somewhere.
