I give a hearty "thumbs-up" to Infinity Textures. It does have a great
texture generator, and you can blindly make seamless textures. I like
the price too: $35 USD. That's definitely in my budget. ;)

Infinity Textures can do that I believe, not only that but thay have the
best texture generator I have seen. I think I saw some utilities listed
at
www.softseek.com to take any texture and make it seamless.
