Hi Joel,

   Thanks for the evaluation. I guess we found the bug and

4397012 - D3D: Polygon line/mode point render as transparency

is filed for this. This one combine with a light scoping bug
under OGL may cause the problem that you saw.

They will be fixed in next v1.2.1 beta2 release.
