The LineStripArray can be used to make polygon outlines, for example. The Strip Vertex Count is an array with length equal to the number of polygons you want to draw, and each position in the array has an int that specifies how many vertices make up that particular polygon. I believe the Color3f array has to be as long as the Vertex array (one color for each vertex).
