Hi Tero, If you are using the D3D version of Java3D, currently there is a bug 4415723 - D3D: SPHERE_MAP TexCoordGeneration is incorrect OGL version should work fine. For the other problem: "The EYE_LINEAR mode seems to behave differently if you have more than one TextureUnitState in your Appearance" Can you please send us a test case for investigation ?
