are you using a java development environment? i ask because i use visual
cafe, and i know that complains if i've got two java/bins in the same
directory. it also has a problem with classpaths. to solve class path
problems go to:
http://java.sun.com/products/jdk/1.2/install-windows.html#Classpath
to check java3d installation (i think this is right):
do you have J3D.dll and j3daudio.dll in your jre/bin folder, the same folder
as java.exe is in?
do you have a folder called ext in jre/lib with these files in it:
vecmath.jar, j3dcore.jar, j3daudio.jar, j3dutils.jar?
what's the missing package?
