Hi Michael,

You wrote back the other day in answer to my posting as to whether I could
put Java3D on my website with my Java3D application. You replied in the
positive quoting the license part saying basically I can distribute Java3D
in full with my application.

However, since then, Paul Pantera also of Sun has stressed that I *cannot*
put Java3D on my website due to this part of the license indicated below.

Can you please clarify for this group exactly what the license wants us all
to do.

My situation is that I have a Java3D application
(www.adcworks.com/projects/jmvs) and wish to distribute Java3D from my
website to give users everything they need from the application page (as is
logical) but not directly in the application distribution since I do not
wish to force those already with Java3D to download Java3D again.

Clarification welcome. Thanks
