Hi Guys,

Following Paul Pantera's advice to go check out Java Web Start I did and am
now reporting.

JWS rocks. It is quite brilliant in my opinion. I downloaded JWS (about 6Mb
which is still quite high but bearable, and if it becomes standard in
browsers then great).

The installation was very painless and over in seconds. I could then go to
the JWS demo page and literally click on an application pciture (the swing
one is fantastic) and it downloaded it automatically and booted it
automatically independent of the browser and off I went. The presentation is
nice too.

If JWS includes Java3D installation then this is probably going to be really
brilliant news for deploying our Java3D applications to clients more than
easily.

I really like it...go check it out.
